Reservation Information

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center at a discounted rate.

Per night rates for the week before and after the event are:

In order to receive special room rate you must call the direct hotel line at 480-991-9000 or 1-800-540-0727 Monday thru Thursday 8am- 6pm Friday 8am- 5pm Saturday 9-4pm Arizona Time. Note the event, 'Burchett-Parks Wedding' when making your guest room reservation.

Transportation Information

Airport transportation is available thru the hotel Bell Desk at 480-991-9000 or 1-800-528-0293. Reservations are required at least 48 hours prior to pickup/ departure. Flight number, arrival/departure time and airline information is mandatory. Cost is $24 per guest each way.
